   Pat Williams has been serving Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma Counties as a real estate agent since 1982. She has lived in the Ukiah Valley for 28 years where she raised her two wonderful children and became an expert in the real estate market. Pat recently moved to the Healdsburg area but still commutes to her main office in Ukiah daily. She is currently expanding her real estate career in the Sonoma County area and loving it.

   Pat is a second generation Realtor who has worked in many aspects of real estate including property management, bookkeeping, sales and listings, and mortgage lending. She is an expert in ranches and vineyards, residential, income producing property, short sales and mortgage lending. Pat also cares about her community and has been a board member on the Mendocino County Multiple Listing Service, Leadership Mendocino, The Human Race and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
